The INCUBATOR 4.0 project aims to respond to the growth needs that the INOPOL Entrepreneurship Academy currently faces, within the framework of its strategy of affirmation and consolidation as a structure duly qualified for the incubation of ideas, business-oriented projects and innovative companies, namely:
– Increase in the number of highly qualified HR professionals available to support startups and business-oriented projects set up in the incubator;
– Partial assignment of some of the existing HRs, with greater experience, to support activities for incubated startups;
– Development of an annual program to ignite business projects and startups in the startup phase/initial stage;
– Strengthening services for the protection and enhancement of intellectual property rights and technology transfer;
– Acquisition of equipment to improve technological infrastructure and digital tools to support startups and projects monitored by the incubator.
